The Retreat at the Knowe Auchincruive Estate is situated in a beautiful setting by the river, offering stunning views. The rooms are immaculate and decorated to a high standard, with extra touches such as dressing gowns and slippers provided. The host, Annie, goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and at home. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, leaving guests satisfied until tea time. The peaceful gardens are well-maintained and perfect for enjoying a cup of tea.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-decorated rooms and good furnishings. The location in the field across the garden was perfect, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, taking excellent care of me throughout my visit. The breakfast served was delicious and enjoyable.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The attention to detail is superb, with lovely extra touches in the rooms and great facilities. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. The hotel is situated in a pleasant valley, surrounded by beautiful countryside and a lovely garden. The breakfast is also outstanding, with a wide range of choice offered by the cheery staff.
Nothing to fault, everything was perfect.
